“We Just Made Your Phone Slower”
That’s What OnePlus said while Launching OnePlus 7 Pro.
So It Any good?
Indeed, OnePlus 7 Pro is a smartphone that you might have desired of because the price that it is being offered, is what makes it unique.
Although at a starting price of almost $700, it does look likes to be an expensive phone like any other Samsung Flagship.
But what’s more, is that a 90Hz 2K Resolution Display with a Pop Camera to ensure a 100% Distraction free experience which is literally insane for the price.
The all-new OnePlus Flagship boasts a Snapdragon 855 SoC with 8GB of Ram and 128GB of Internal Storage for the Base variant, while the top variant comes with 12GB of Ram and 256GB of Internal Storage.
Adreno 640 is the GPU Used here.
The Device will be running on Android 9.0 Pie with OxygenOS on top
And all of this is Powered by a 4000mAh Battery which does support OnePlus’s Warp Charge with the Included 30W charger.
On the Front, there is a 6.7-inch 19.5:9 2K Resolution AMOLED 90Hz Display Protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and does support for HDR10+.
The Device has an all-view design.
Which means that there will be no notch or Punch- Hole, It will be complete display on the front.
However, to achieve that, OnePlus Implemented a Pop-Up Camera which is Completely Motorized and will pop out automatically every time.
Like for Selfies and for Face-Unlock System which is Fast but definitely not as fast as You Would have expected from a OnePlus Phone.
Whereas, on the back, the all-glass back, Vertical Triple-Camera Setup and OnePlus branding.
There is a Triple Vertical Camera Setup at the back which consists of a 48-Megapixel Sony IMX 586 Regular shooter with an aperture of f/1.6 with OIS(Optical Image Stabilization) Supported, another 16-Megapixel Wide-Angle Shooter with an Aperture of f/2.2 and Finally an another 8-Megapixel Telephoto Shooter with an Aperture of f/2.8.
Whereas it comes with 16-Megapixel Front Shooter with an Aperture of f/2.0 for Selfies.
Now, this device is obviously capable enough to shoot 4K@60fps videos which were Stabilized Using EIS(Electronic Image Stabilization) AND OIS(Optical Image Stabilization).
We won’t be talking about Market Competition as there isn’t anything that can compete with it.
We didn’t mention about In-Display fingerprint sensor as we felt that it was too obvious and not much of an upgrade from OnePlus 6t.
Although it is still Suggested to wait for the launch of Asus Zenfone 6Z which Asus calls to Redefine Flagship phones and is expected to feature a Pop-Up Camera as Well.
