Apple claims its iPhone XR to be the most renowned smartphone of the year as it was more of an “Affordable iPhone”!

And while the iPhone XR was priced at $749, the 2019 iPhone 11 comes at a starting price tag of $699!

This new Pricing scheme from Apple has kind of shaken up people and they are receiving mix reviews about it.

So is the iPhone 11 as good as it seems? Or there are compromises to bring down the price of a better phone?

Specifications

The all-new iPhone 11 comes with Apple’s latest A13 Bionic Processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of Internal Storage for the base variant.

There are two more variants for the iPhone 11 offering 128GB and 256GB of Internal Storage.

The device will be running on IOS 13 out of the box which is as expected.

And all of this is powered by a 3110mAh Battery which does support fast charging this time at 18W.

Apple claims it to charge your iPhone 11 up to 50% in just 30-minutes which isn’t bad at all.

Even after all this, the device is still not too heavy and weighs at 194 grams which is kind of acceptable if you are used to iPhones.

Performance

Although it doesn’t make sense to talk about the performance of the latest Apple Flagship phone, still A13 Bionic rocks it this time too.

Apple A13 Bionic is almost twice as powerful as Snapdragon 845 and even more powerful than Snapdragon 855.

Check out the below-mentioned image for further reference.

Just Like Every Year, this Year iPhones too have the most powerful CPU as well as the most powerful GPU available on any smartphone right now.

Coupled all of that powerful hardware with Apple’s optimisations with IOS ensures a seamless performance for years.

Overview

On the front, there is a 6.1-inches HD+ IPS LCD Display with a wide Notch on top in 2019.

This HD+ Display does support HDR10 and can get as bright as 625 nits, which is really good for an IPS Display.

On the back, there is a Vertical Dual Camera Setup, Flash and Apple Branding.

The Device Back is completely made up of Glass and 7000 Series Aluminium for Sides.

There are 6 Colors to choose from.

Camera Department

The Vertical Dual Camera Setup on the back consists of 12-Megapixel Regular Shooter with an Aperture of f/1.8 and a 12-Megapixel Ultra-Wide Angle Lens with f/2.4 Aperture.

And a Quad-LED Dual-tone Flash to support in low lighting.

OIS is supported, something very common among Flagship phones.

There is a 12-Megapixel Shooter for selfies with an aperture of f/2.2 and can shoot not only 4k@60fps but also slow-motion 120fps@1080p!

Something which we haven’t seen so far.

One of the most anticipated change this time is the introduction of Night Mode which seems to be excellent so far.

iPhone XR

We won’t be talking about specifications and how it compares against iPhone 11.

What we think about iPhone XR is that, it was more of a testing device by Apple to Know if customers will appreciate and buy smartphone an HD+ Display and single shooter at a bit higher price tag.

Forget iPhone XR, we believe that iPhone 11 is even better than the iPhone XS Launched last year in 2018.

Yes, you don’t get an OLED Display but consider the price point too and it is an Apple Device.

And Talking about Android Devices, Pixel 4 is yet to be launched and so we cannot comment on that.

We have an article on What you can expect from Pixel 4 and Pixel 4XL.

Our Opinions

So what do we think about iPhone 11 is that it is a good device especially if you are low on budget and desperately looking to get the latest Apple device.

Remember that there are compromises too, like a Wide Notch in 2019.

If you can bear with it, $699 are totally worth to spend on iPhone 11 only if you are thinking to join Apple Ecosystem or doesn’t want to spend $1000 but still looking for latest iPhones!

So what do you think about the all-new iPhone 11?
